Who is responsible

OnScreen is operated by Emmanuel Rehbani, an individual based in Argentina. For anything about these documents, write to support@onscreen.cc.

The OnScreen app

Recordings, projects, captions and exports are stored only on your computer. We never receive them.

The app has no account, no analytics and no tracking. Your license key is checked on your computer, without contacting any server.

The app connects to the internet only if you download the captions model. That file comes from Hugging Face (huggingface.co), which receives the technical data of that request, such as your IP address, under its own privacy policy.

This website

The website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

It is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical request data (such as IP address, browser and time) to serve the pages and protect them from abuse, under its own privacy policy.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record for OnScreen. Creem collects your name, email, billing address and payment details and handles them under its own privacy policy. We never see your card details.

From Creem we receive what we need to deliver and support your license: your name, email, country, order number and the product you bought.

Support

When you write to us, we use your email and what you send only to answer you.

Why we use this data and for how long

We use order data to deliver your license and give you support (performing our contract with you), and we keep it as long as tax and accounting laws require. Support conversations are kept while they are useful to help you, and deleted after that.

We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Write to support@onscreen.cc and we will answer within 30 days.

In Argentina, the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the data protection authority. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also contact your local authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date. Important changes will also be announced on the website.
